Real-time phone calls are listed on ULTRA VIP, not Basic VIP. Text, voice, generated photos and video are all part of what Muah offers. Beyond the calls, we could not confirm which of those comes with which tier, and we also could not confirm how its memory works. For a chat-first app, that's the gap I'd most want filled.

The first month is $9.99, and Premium renews at about $13.99/month after that. Quarterly billing works out to about $8.99/month. Tokens on Top of the Subscription
The tokens are where it gets kinda janky. Generating images and other media can mean buying more tokens once the 100 run out, and Candy's Live Action video generation runs on the same system. Text is unlimited. Media isn't.
The Free Taste Is Five Messages
According to Candy's own documentation, a free account gets five messages across characters, one custom character and one generated image. We could not confirm any allowance that refills. Five messages is enough to get a feel for the tone and not much more, since the trial ends right as the conversation starts going somewhere.

GoLove has five series and 32 episodes, and every lead is a character with her own profile and a chat window right under the player. You can watch two episodes of any series free tonight and then decide whether the star is worth messaging. We could not confirm a story-first way in on either chat app, so if you want the show before the flirting, this is where you start.
Episode Two Ends, Then She Answers Your Messages
Let me walk you through how it plays out. You open GoLove's Series page and pick "My AI Girlfriend," which stars Lexie (@iamlexiebabe) and runs seven episodes. Here's the setup. A black box lands on Milo's doormat, addressed to the girl next door, and he keeps it. Inside are glasses that bring his perfect girl to life. The catch is that the account isn't his, and its owner lives one wall away.
Every episode is a 60–100-second vertical video with subtitles in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Russian and Ukrainian. Episodes 1 and 2 are free.
When episode two finishes, there are four buttons under the player: Follow Series, Start Chatting, Create Video and Create Image. You tap Start Chatting, open the media button, choose Send Photo and describe the scene however you like. For 1 Star, a photo of the same Lexie comes back in about 20–45 seconds. If you want more, "Generate Video" under the photo turns that scene into a short clip in about a minute, for 10 Stars.
The immersion breaks at episode 3. From there on you need PRO, plus a few Stars per episode, and GoLove labels the Series "new weekly." It still compares well with Muah or Candy. On those apps the chemistry has to start inside the chat. On GoLove, Lexie shows up with a story already attached.

Candy AI has Live Action video generation, which you pay for with tokens. Muah AI lists generated video, but we could not confirm how it works or what it costs. GoLove's generator is the one we could pin down in the most detail: 76 realistic video modes, and 147 in total across the realistic, anime, trans and anime-trans categories.
A clip is built from preset cards. You pick an action (something like "Twerk"), then clothes, then a background, and tap Generate once. The modes are:
